Mauvaise nouvelles pour les vieux pirates habitués à Emule : Tridiant Media Guard société Nantaise chargée de la collecte des informations sur les téléchargeurs vient de lancer ses premiers serveurs de surveillance.

Il y aurait pour l’instant 6 serveurs concernés aux adresses IP suivantes :

Ces serveurs seraient associés à 4 sondes en activité, sur ces adresses IP :

Ces IP appartiennent clairement à Tridiant Media Guard comme on peut le voir d’après un simple whois :

Pour l’instant la loi Hadopi n’est pas encore applicable mais il s’agit sûrement d’un test de faisabilité technique.
Dans tous les cas, si vous souhaitez éviter les mauvais serveurs Emule, pensez à désactiver dans les préférences d’Emule la mise à jour de la liste des serveurs par connexion client et serveur, et ajouter manuellement les mises à jour depuis Gruk ou PeerRates, en ajoutant respectivement les adresses http://www.gruk.org/server.met ou http://peerates.net/servers.php.

On attend avec impatience la surveillance de Kazaa et de Napster.
